  Great hotel located nicely near downtown Banff which is only a short stroll down the main drag. Bus passes also included which allowed for free transport to all major area attractions. Excellent staff, parking and rooms. The included continental breakfast was sufficient to get the day rolling and you could even get your dinner at the Chilli's located in-house. Would stay here again....

  The location is handy to major points. The atmosphere, the decore and the staff were all benefits of staying at Fox

  Your sleeping pillows are uncomfortable. Perhaps a choice of firm and softer pillows could be made available on the bed.

  The room and location were great!

  I felt the price was high for a 2 bedroom for 2 nights was $950.00! Comparable places in the area were sold out for half that.

  The pool was a big hit with my children. The continental breakfast was very good and extending it to 11:00am for those late sleepers is a great idea. Front desk staff very friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again.

  The suite was very comfotable. We loved the hot spring - used it every morning. The interior court yard arangement gave a a feeling of privacy. Staff was extereemly friendly and very helpful.

  The hotel is a bit outside downtown, but an easy walk, and quieter than in the middle of town.They offered an upgrade to a kin gloft suite (with a two-story living room and windows and a great view of Tunnel mountain) at a significantly reduced rate (which we took). The desk staff was very responsive to the few questions and issues that we raised.

  Loved the decor! The room was spacious and cozy. We had a balcony with a mountain view. The down comforter on the bed is really thick and good quality! The staff was very nice, too. We would stay there again!

  More selection of breakfast food would be nice on the bar. However, the breakfast was free!

  The servce received at the Fox Hotel and Suites was excellent. On arrival there had been a power cut but the staff were well organised and helpful in a difficult situation. The room was very comfortable and the toiletries provided were very nice.

  The hot tub area was very nice, and the Mexican restaurant near your hotel was very good and very reasonable.

  No air conditioning. The fan helped, but the room was still warm.
